Department of Homeland Security Issues New I-9 Forms
The Department of Homeland Security has issued new I-9 Forms which remain valid until August 31, 2012. The Forms are in English and Spanish.
The I-9 Form in Spanish can only be used in Puerto Rico with one exception. Spanish speaking employees in other states may use the Spanish version as a guide to completing the English I-9 Form.
